App scope

StoreFix AI is a listed Shopify App Store app for catalog quality review and merchant-approved product cleanup. The app accesses only the product catalog fields needed for catalog QA, recommendation generation, approved writes, audit history, and rollback.

The public website also includes a local CSV scanner. CSV files uploaded to that scanner are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to Focus Bloom Studio systems.

Information We Collect

Shopify app. StoreFix AI may collect store domain, product titles, handles, descriptions, search listing fields, vendor/type/tag fields, product media IDs, image metadata, generated report data, intake job metadata, job events, and write snapshots used for rollback.

Website scanner. The browser-based CSV scanner does not collect account login details, payment details, or uploaded CSV file contents on our servers.

Support. If you contact support, we may retain the contact details and issue information you provide so we can respond and troubleshoot.

Shopify App Data Controls

• API access is limited to product and media scopes necessary for catalog QA and approved product updates.
• Report, recommendation, job, and snapshot artifacts are retained to support merchant review, delivery history, auditability, and rollback.
• Downloadable report files are generated locally in-browser by default.
• Write actions require merchant/operator approval and are recorded with pre-write snapshots.
• On uninstall or Shopify deletion request, merchant data generated by the app is deleted through Shopify compliance webhook handling.

Catalog Data

Catalog fields can include product titles, descriptions, vendors, tags, product categories, image URLs, media IDs, alt text, and search listing fields. StoreFix AI uses this data to scan for missing or weak fields, generate recommendations, create reports, and apply only approved product updates.

Downloads

The app and website can generate CSV or public report links. Downloaded files are controlled by the merchant. Public report links should not be shared outside the intended support or review workflow.

Support Packets and Screenshots

StoreFix AI support may ask for a report ID, shop domain, affected product title or handle, selected field, latest app message, and a screenshot of the report state. Do not send customer personal data, payment details, Shopify login credentials, or one-time login codes in support messages.

Retention and Deletion

StoreFix AI keeps reports, fulfillment jobs, audit events, and write snapshots for operational history, support, and rollback. Merchants may request deletion through support, and Shopify compliance webhooks are honored for required shop/customer deletion workflows.

What StoreFix AI Does Not Do

• We do not sell merchant catalog data.
• We do not use catalog data for advertising.
• We do not silently publish product edits without an approval action.
• We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, or conversion outcomes.
