Service Status

StoreFix AI is a listed Shopify App Store application by Focus Bloom Studio. It provides Shopify catalog QA, recommendation generation, report workflows, merchant-approved product updates, audit events, and rollback snapshots.

No Guarantees

StoreFix AI may identify catalog issues and suggest possible improvements, but it does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, accessibility outcomes, conversion uplift, or search placement.

Merchant Approval and Data Responsibility

All proposed fixes are recommendations until selected and approved. You are responsible for confirming each change before publishing or applying it to a production catalog.

Do not publish generated suggestions without validating product accuracy, legal claims, and brand requirements.

Approved Store Modifications

StoreFix AI can apply selected product description, search listing title, search listing description, and image alt text updates only after an approval action. The app records a pre-write snapshot and audit event so applied changes can be reviewed and rolled back.

Service Scope

StoreFix AI is for catalog diagnostics, recommendation generation, report delivery, and approved product-field cleanup. It is not a full search-visibility platform, ad tool, blog generator, or agency service.

Service Availability and Support Standard

Support covers installation, scan logic, report interpretation, write-safety behavior, rollback questions, and documented setup issues. Requests requiring manual content editing may be handled through separate support workflows.

Enterprise-level uptime or SLA commitments are not included unless agreed separately in writing.

Limitation of Liability

StoreFix AI is provided as-is. Focus Bloom Studio disclaims indirect, incidental, and consequential losses tied to catalog edits, and merchants remain fully responsible for published product content and compliance.

Uninstall and Termination

At uninstall or account closure, merchants can remove downloaded files from their own systems. App-side records and generated artifacts are removed through the uninstall and Shopify compliance webhook workflow.
