For the first 10 customers, StoreFix AI runs on the $5/month Founding plan (Shopify managed pricing) while the app validates the install, scan, report, approved update, rescan, and undo workflow. The later public monthly tiers ($19/$39/$79) remain paused until those first customer workflows and support expectations are proven.

Install, scan, save reports, approve selected fields, rescan, export CSV, and undo an applied update.

Keep gated

Recurring subscriptions, broad automated writes, and higher-volume batch usage until support evidence is stable.

Current refund language

For the first 10 customers, StoreFix AI runs on the $5/month Founding plan (Shopify managed pricing) while the app validates the approved-update workflow. The later public tiers ($19/$39/$79) are not enabled yet. Refund requests during this Founding period are reviewed case by case if StoreFix AI cannot complete the documented catalog QA workflow for your store.

Future subscription refund language

After monthly subscriptions are enabled, StoreFix AI charges through Shopify billing. Merchants can cancel from Shopify Admin to stop future charges. Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 days of a charge when the app cannot scan, generate a report, or support the approved-update workflow as described.
